Safe to Talk is a national service offering email, text, web chat and telephone communications for those who have been sexually harmed, or those who have or are thinking of harming others.
Rape Prevention Education Whakatu Mauri (formerly Rape Crisis Auckland) works to eliminate sexual violence and abuse through the delivery of specialised training programmes for youth, professionals and communities.
Better Blokes provides support to men recovering from the consequences of sexual abuse at any time of their lives. Peer groups are open to men after an initial meeting with a peer support facilitator.
Family Planning provides sexual and reproductive health information, clinical services, education, training and research, all while working to promote a positive view of sexuality and enable people to make informed choices. Visits are free to those under the age of 22, or community service cardholders.
Pohutukawa Clinic is aservice for adults affected by sexual assault, offering medical, nursing and referral services.

SHINE is a national family violence hotline, 24 hour crisis and advocacy for victims of family violence, a stopping violence programme for abusive people and a Child Crisis Team.
Youthlaw / Tino Rangatiratanga Taitamariki is acommunity law centre for young people under 25, which offers free confidential legal advice, advocacy and support. They have a number of useful publications available and can help you participate in decision-making, while protecting your rights.
